Under our Extended Holiday Returns Policy, you can return items ordered from November 1 through December 21 at 11:59pm ET for exchange or refund (when applicable) until January 31, 2021.
If for any reason you need to return or exchange your order, we gladly assist in facilitating that on orders postmarked 30 days of receipt.
- Reach out to us via 855-823-4542 / email@example.com to get a return/exchange authorization. We will respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours.
- The merchandise must be in its original condition and with original tags intact.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns. Send via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.
- Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
